In World of Warcraft, tier sets have always been popular with players for their unique looks and benefits. The War Within expansion (patch 11.1) continues this with the Liberation of Undermine raid. Each armor set in this raid has unique designs that fit the class.

icon If you’re looking to get any (or all) of these amazing TWW Season 2 armor sets quickly and with a 100% guarantee, our Liberation of Undermine boost services are the perfect solution. We provide dozens of Normal, Heroic, and Mythic runs every day. Now let’s get back to the guide.

icon In this article, we’ll list all the tier sets for every class in WoW’s The War Within 11.1 patch, explain their bonuses, and share our thoughts on how they look.

Liberation of Undermine Tier Sets Overview

icon In Liberation of Undermine, the second raid of The War Within expansion, each class and specialization has its own unique armor set. The community always looks forward to new PvE tiers because they offer both epic designs and essential character enhancements.

LoU raid sets provide special bonuses when you equip 2 or 4 pieces. We’ll give more details about each set for all classes below.

icon As before, TWW Season 2 gear automatically adjusts its set bonuses when you switch between specializations within the same class.

Death Knight Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Death Knight The Death Knight armor set, Cauldron Champion’s Encore, boasts a dark and intimidating design. In my opinion, it’s one of the most epic-looking sets from the Liberation of Undermine. The helmet resembles a menacing skull with large, curved horns adorned with sharp, metallic spikes, enhancing its fierce appearance. The shoulder pieces are massive with skulls on them. However, it seems to me that some hard-to-notice mechanical details in them showcase the goblin technologies of Undermine. The chest piece is heavily armored with rib-looking plates. It combines dark metal with glowing runes inside that create an imposing presence.

icon The color schemes differ based on difficulty:

  • The Mythic version features intricate, menacing armor with glowing red accents and horned helmets.
  • The Heroic set showcases detailed, icy armor with glowing blue accents and horned helmets.
  • The Normal set displays intricate, menacing armor with red accents and horned helmets.
  • The Raid Finder (LFR) features detailed, earthy armor with green accents and horned helmets.

Demon Hunter Armor Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Demon Hunter The Demon Hunter armor set from the Liberation of Undermine raid, Fel-Dealer’s Contraband, features a variety of designs, each with unique color schemes and details that reflect different levels of difficulty and achievement in the War Within 11.1 Patch. These sets include Mythic, Heroic, Normal, and Raid Finder (LFR) versions, each with distinct glowing accents, huge spikes on the shoulders (that remind me warglaives), and capes that convey different themes of power and elegance. However, I don’t like the DH sets in TWW Season 2.

icon Color schemes vary depending on difficulty level:

  • The Demon Hunter Mythic set features an intricate, menacing design with prominent horns, glowing red accents, and a flowing cape adorned with spiked armor and fur trimmings, exuding a dark and powerful aesthetic.
  • The Demon Hunter Heroic set showcases a sleek, icy design with cool blue glowing accents, sharp horns, and a flowing cape with intricate, frost-like details, conveying a formidable and elegant appearance.
  • The Demon Hunter Normal set features a vibrant, nature-inspired design with green glowing accents, prominent horns, and a flowing cape adorned with leaf-like patterns and golden trimmings, blending elegance with a wild aesthetic.
  • The Demon Hunter Raid Finder set presents a fiery, intimidating look with yellow glowing accents, imposing horns, and a flowing cape with bold red and dark patterns, combining a sense of power and ferocity.

Druid Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Druid The Druid armor set, Roots of Reclaiming Blight, is designed with a strong connection to nature, skulls, bones, and mystical elements. Its appearance, like many other sets for druids, have nature-inspired motifs, and glowing accents. And I like it. Druid’s sets from the latest patches and expansions are way better than they were before when it seemed to me that we were expected to play 99% of the time in some shift form, and never in a human form.

icon The Druid LoU PvE set is available in these colors:

  • The Mythic set includes antlers, large wolf heads with glowing green eyes, and intricate designs mimicking tree bark and roots with green energy.
  • The Heroic set features prominent antlers, skull-adorned shoulders with glowing blue eyes and horns (that may also seem like eyebrows or ears from a distance), and bone-like textures with blue highlights.
  • The Normal set showcases antlers, large skulls with glowing eyes, and a robe with wood-like textures and earthy colors.
  • The Raid Finder set has a headpiece with antlers and a mask, large wolf heads with glowing green eyes, and wood-like textures with green glowing accents.

Evoker Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Evoker The Evokers set, Opulent Treasurescale’s Hoard, is known for its intricate and ornate designs, with a focus on rich colors and glowing accents, reflecting the powerful and dragonborn nature of the class. However, I don’t like this 11.1 Tier set: to me, it seems simple and primitive. Of course, this armor, especially its LFR version has some parts, reminding the Alexstraza’s gear from the Dragonflight, but still. However, I’m sure that there will be a lot of players who won’t mind to even use at least some parts from this set for transmogrification.

icon The armor set has different colors based on the raid difficulty:

  • The Mythic set is gold with glowing orange accents. It looks royal and majestic.
  • The Heroic set uses blue, purple, and silver colors. It has glowing details and a hooded cloak.
  • The Normal set is red and gold with gold trim. A glowing gem in the center makes it stand out.
  • The LFR set is gold with spiral designs and blue gems. It looks fancy and powerful.

Hunter Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Hunter Hunters set, Tireless Collector’s Bounties, each designed with intricate details and color schemes to signify different difficulties of the Liberation of Undermine raid. These sets include Mythic, Heroic, Normal, and Raid Finder (LFR) recolors. In my opinion, Tireless Collector’s Bounties is far from being the best-looking WoW Hunter tier, so there isn’t much to comment.

Four different color options are available:

  • Mythic Set: Features a menacing design with red and metallic hues, fiery red plumes, and a skull motif.
  • Heroic Set: Showcases a mystical look with purple and blue hues, glowing blue eyes, and intricate patterns.
  • Normal Set: Displays a fierce appearance with red and silver colors, glowing red eyes, and detailed engravings.
  • Raid Finder (LFR) Set: Exhibits a mystical and otherworldly design with blue and silver hues, glowing blue eyes, and elaborate detailing.

Mage Armor Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Mage Mages Liberation of Undermine raid armor, Jewels of the Aspectral Emissary, has four different appearances and themes corresponding to different difficulty levels: Mythic, Heroic, Normal, and Raid Finder (LFR). From behind the character looks great in it, but from the front the helmet looks pretty weird and greatly spoils the total vibe. I’d give this set 5.5/10.

Each set has crystals on the shoulders and helmet (that remind about the fire, frost, and a bit arcane specs of the mage class) and colors that match its difficulty (LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic).

The TWW Season 2 Mage sets include skins for the helmet, shoulders, chest, gloves, belt, legs, and boots. They look complete and stand out on mage characters (I like them).

icon Color options vary by raid difficulty level:

  • The Mythic set features a fiery theme with prominent red crystalline formations and spiky designs, giving it an intimidating and powerful appearance.
  • The Heroic set has an icy theme with blue crystals and sharp, spiky designs. It looks majestic and bold.
  • The Normal set has a fiery theme with orange and yellow crystalline formations, offering a dynamic and vibrant appearance.
  • The Raid Finder set features an icy theme with white crystalline formations and gold accents, resulting in an elegant and majestic look.

Monk Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Monk Monks 11.1 armor set, Ageless Serpent’s Foresight. The Monk set from the Liberation of Undemine has a helmet that looks like an ancient dragon mask, with big eyebrows. The shoulders look pretty simple. The rest of the set has an Eastern style with ornaments and Pandaren accents. There are four colors: Mythic is brown-green, Heroic is blue, Normal is red with purple, and LFR is orange with brown.

Paladin Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Paladin Paladins LoU raid armor, Oath of the Aureate Sentry, is designed to reflect the holy and protective nature of the Paladin class. The helmet reminds me an owl mask with horn-like wings at the top. Big lions heads on the shoulders remind us about the noble nature of Paladins. Each Liberation of Undermine tier set varies in color scheme and detailing based on the difficulty level, ranging from Raid Finder to Mythic, with increasing ornamentation and visual complexity.

icon The LoU Paladin armor comes in 4 recolors (based on the raid difficulty):

  • The Paladin Mythic set is silver and grey with detailed designs, giving it a look of divine power.
  • The Paladin Heroic set from LoU is blue and silver with glowing blue gemstones and ornate patterns, showing protection and strength.
  • The Paladin Normal set from the Liberation of Undermine is gold and red with fiery accents and glowing gemstones, making it look bold and holy.

Priest Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Priest The LoU raid armor sets for Priests, Confessor’s Unshakable Virtue, as usual, has four color schemes and design elements that reflect their respective difficulties: Mythic, Heroic, Normal, and Raid Finder (LFR). In my opinion, this WoW 11.1 gear looks pretty weird mostly because of the helmet. It would suit the mage class way better.

icon The color options for each raid difficulty level are listed below:

  • The Priest Mythic set from the Liberation of Undermine features intricate, dark armor with prominent spikes and glowing blue accents, exuding a powerful and mystical aura.
  • The Priest Heroic set is light blue, and silver with detailed designs and glowing blue highlights. It looks graceful and powerful.
  • The Priest Normal set from WoW 11.1 Patch is red and gold with ornate patterns and fiery accents. It looks bold and commanding.
  • The Priest Raid Finder set features a striking gold and white color scheme with elaborate, radiant details and prominent spikes, exuding an aura of divine authority and elegance.

Rogue Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Rogue Rogue’s 11.1 Armor Set, Spectral Gambler’s Last Call, feature a pirate-themed design with varying color schemes and details, each representing different difficulty levels: Mythic, Heroic, Normal, and Raid Finder (LFR). In my opinion, it’s the top-1 set appearance from the Liberation of Undermine raid.

icon The Rogue set is available in 4 color schemes, depending on the raid difficulty:

  • The Rogue Mythic set from LoU features a striking pirate-themed design with a skull-faced hood, ornate gold and red accents, and intricate shoulder pieces adorned with red feathers.
  • The Rogue Heroic set showcases a pirate-inspired design with a skull-faced hood, detailed gold and blue accents, and elaborate shoulder pieces featuring yellow feathers.
  • The Rogue Normal set presents a pirate-themed design with a skull-faced hood, orange and silver accents, and detailed shoulder pieces adorned with purple feathers.
  • The Rogue Raid Finder (LFR) set features a pirate-themed design with a skull-faced hood, blue and gold accents, and elaborate shoulder pieces adorned with blue feathers.

Shaman Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Shaman The Liberation of Undermine raid armor set for Shamans, Currents of the Gale Sovereign, showcases different tiers of armor, each with unique color schemes and designs that reflect increasing levels of power and rarity. These sets are designed for the Shaman class, known for their elemental and spiritual abilities. LoU tier sets for this class look really great and remind me of the iconic Tier-6 from the Burning Crusade expansion (mostly because of the helmet and shoulders).

icon Color Variations:

  • The Mythic Shaman set has icy blue and dark purple armor with glowing runes and frost details. It looks very similar to heroic recolor (in the pictures), hopefully in the game there will be more differences.
  • The Heroic Shaman set from Liberation of Undermine is icy blue and silver with glowing blue crystals and frost designs. Most players who are going to explore TWW Season 2 will get it, and from the PoV of skins appearance, it’s a very good option.
  • The Normal set is red and purple with fiery accents and detailed patterns.
  • The Raid Finder (LFR) set is gold and brown with glowing yellow runes and ornate details. It looks ancient and a bit luxurious: probably some transmog fans will find farming it worth that.

Warlock Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Warlock Warlocks LoU raid armor, Spliced Fiendtrader’s Influence, features a variety of color schemes and designs, each with prominent skull and horn motifs, glowing accents, and intricate patterns that convey a mystical and intimidating presence. Warlock armor sets have always been one of the most good-looking in the game, and 11.1 gear is not an exception. Just look at these shoulders, they are really amazing and are worth farming. I’d give this armor set the second place among the Liberation of Undermine armor skins.

icon Available recolors are:

  • The Warlock Mythic set from the Liberation of Undermine has a dark design with skulls, horns, glowing red accents, and fiery patterns. It looks really demonic and powerful.
  • The Warlock Heroic set is blue and gold with skulls, horns, glowing blue and green accents, and detailed patterns. It looks mystical and intimidating.
  • The Warlock Normal set showcases a vibrant green and silver design with prominent skull and horn motifs, glowing green accents, and intricate patterns that evoke a mystical and eerie appearance.

Warrior Set Appearances – Liberation of Undermine

Warrior Warriors Liberation of Undermine Armor, Underpin Strongarm’s Muscle. Each recolor has unique design elements, with consistent spiky and futuristic motifs. In my opinion, TWW Season 2 gear skins for the warrior look like something between Tier 6 (especially shoulders) and Tier 12 from Firelands (Cataclysm): if you look at the helmet, you will easily understand that they’re very similar. Summing up, I like the LoU warrior’s set appearance, especially (surprisingly) the LFR recolor.

The sets are designed to reflect increasing power and prestige, with Mythic being the most elite and visually striking.

icon The available recolors vary by raid difficulty:

  • The Mythic armor set features a menacing dark design with glowing red accents and big spikes on the shoulders.
  • The Heroic armor set features a dark, spiky design with glowing blue accents and a skull on the gloves and the belt.
  • The Normal armor set features a red and dark bronze design with glowing green accents.
  • The Raid Finder (LFR) armor set features a grey and dark metallic design with glowing yellow accents and claws on the boots.
